Manufacturing

We manufacture custom, corrugated packaging for shipping cartons, boxes, and retail display. Our high-quality, multi-functional approach to providing packaging solutions is truly state-of-the-art -- in both equipment and expertise. Take a moment and see our equipment lineup, below.

Our manufacturing facility is located in a 450,000 square foot underground industrial facility in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Our corrugated production incorporates water-based inks, recycled raw material and 100% scrap recycle.

As an independent, privately-held company, we have the flexibility to purchase raw materials from the best-valued suppliers in the region. In contrast to most of our competitors who are part of the huge paper companies, our focus is NOT mill-driven or measured by the number of tons cut up. Instead, we embrace our competitive advantage by investing many millions of dollars in equipment that expands our capabilities to manufacture the best products possible at optimum efficiencies.

For example, we recently have purchased the state-of-the-art equipment for producing brand packaging that is retail-ready / shopper-ready / shelf-ready. This are the newest 'buzz' in retail packaging today, and it refers to packaging that converts from shipping carton into retail display.

We invested millions so we really can produce it better, faster, and cheaper than traditional equipment. So what did our investment buy? The Bahmuller Turbox + Topmatcher, which is the best in the business. This beauty efficiently and superbly folds, glues, and combines one-, two-, or three-piece packaging designs. It can glue complicated partitions or dividers. Plus, it easily accommodates different substrates, such as adding chipboard dividers to a corrugate box, or a folding carton attached to a shipper. Call us today to see how we can blend your concepts and requirements into our expertise to produce a truly unique packaging and display solution for your brand.

Our manufacturing capabilities are second to none. We have a wide and varied size range of multi-color flexo folder/gluers with in-line die cutting, stitchers, gluers, and automatic labelers. We also offer 'no-tooling-required' digital printing when applicable. Whether a client orders millions of corrugated boxes, or only a few hundred displays, we are well equipped to manufacture to their very exacting specifications. The result of our equipment investment is improved productivity and enhanced capabilities; in other words better, faster, and cheaper -- for our customers' benefit.

We recognize the inherent industry pressures and challenges of reducing time to market. Therefore, flexible timetables are purposely built into our production schedule. We maintain a minimum 10% open-manufacturing capacity so that we are always ready to handle short lead times.

As an added benefit to our customers, we make account information available online so it can be accessed anytime, day or night. Our customers find that it is a convenient way to place, track, change, and release current orders, as well as to review order and item history in detail. Useful reports can also be easily printed. In addition, we are able to accommodate customers who require full Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities. See a demo of our Customer Online Access Program.
